Helio Computer Assistance is a
professional Computer company that likes to think differently
about how
we look after our
customers. We were established as a business in 2006 when
Barry Drummond, Helio’s founder decided to translate
his 11+ years of experience working with large corporate
companies like BT and Eurostar to smaller business and
home users. The philosophy is that smaller businesses and
home
users should have access to a better customer experience
than they often do today.
We pride ourselves on customer
service and we are very people orientated. We appreciate
that that many of our
customers
don’t have deep technical experience and as such
we don’t baffle you with computer jargon or expect
you to understand all the latest acronyms. We simply talk
to
you in plain old English and ensure that your computer
needs are taken care of.

Our services
are broad and we’ll be flexible enough to meet your
requirements. As well as providing new equipment including
hardware and software, we provide a range of repair and
maintenance services. So, if it’s a simple one-off
repair, a maintenance contract for your existing business
or home computer or system or a complete new installation
we’ll be able to support you.
At Helio our belief is that our customers,
whether business or home users should receive high levels
of customer service. That’s why, for example, you won’t
be asked to try and fix a problem yourself over the phone.
Our promise is that we’ll be there promptly and professionally
to solve any problems you have. You’ll be visited at
your business or home premises by one of our consultant engineer’s,
who’ll be wearing our company uniform and identify
himself/herself professional.
