For home users we provide a host

anywhere or sit on the phone talking to someone using technical
speak that you don’t understand, while
the overpriced call charge goes up and up. We can supply
new computer hardware and software and we’ll come and
set it up for you and make sure you’re happy with how
it works before we leave – you won’t be left
on your own to figure it out. If things go wrong you can
call us out and we’ll come and help, alternatively
you can take out a home user maintenance contract which will
cover your call out and labour costs and we’ll give
you priority when you call. We’ll come and conduct
a health check on your computer at least twice a year to
ensure it’s kept in good health and remove any
malicious software you have running on it.

to us as users. With the continuing growth of the internet,
we need our computers to access services like online
shopping and banking as well as a wealth of information
covering almost any subject. Even just to do our everyday
jobs we need computers more to do things like home-working
